Welcome to Real Naughty Food. 

I come from a family that has always been passionate about food.  Growing up, food was always the centre of family life - not so surprising given family ties to Italy and Malta.

Food has always been about more than mere sustenance - it is about pleasure, about gathering, about shared experience. 

Real Naughty Food embodies how I think about food:

• Real - everything in our kitchen starts with fresh, unprocessed ingredients.  Great food must be real food and starts with the highest quality ingredients available.
• Naughty - where possible, food should be indulgent, enjoyable and bring a smile to your face.

I also subscribe to Dave Chang's ethos - that tradition is important and has its place, but it shouldn't hold one back from exploring.  We develop our products with a nod to tradition and a mindset of innovation.  We challenge ourselves to go beyond what people know and have experienced before to create products that produce genuine happiness and fulfilment. 

Real Naughty Food is family owned and operated.  Almost everything is done by the family - a task made somewhat easier by having six children. From production, to packaging and logistics, to artwork, branding and marketing.  Everyone has a role to play.  We love what we do and we hope you will love it too.
